Tempo had the opportunity to visit the experience bar featuring Bali Boozy. They demonstrated how to make various authentic drinks and original dishes with a distinctive Balinese touch. Each session lasts for about 90 minutes and presents 2–4 exclusive dishes specially created for the festival. The intimate space accommodates only 18–20 people per session, offering the opportunity for direct interaction with creators, chefs, and baristas.Budianto Basari, owner of Gigi Susu, emphasized the goal of providing a consistent taste and warm vibe to every attendee. “TBC serves as a reminder that the learning process never stops, and that’s what makes this journey exciting,” he commented.Outside the Experience Bar, the Pop-Up Market area presents around 50 brands, ranging from top names to local players, such as Blue Doors, Atomic, Lull BakeHouse, Taralle, UD Jaya, and HATS.
